Bridging Heritage and Justice: Al-Aqsa Sports Club Hosts an Engaging Session on Customary Law in Palestine

Continuing its leading role in fostering community awareness, Al-Aqsa Sports Club hosted an exceptional discussion session as part of its ongoing educational initiative, 'Councils are Schools'. Today's event centered on a vital pillar of Palestinian social and legal heritage: "Customary Law in Palestine: Its Roles and Mechanisms."

The highly insightful lecture was delivered by Customary Judge Salem Abu Ghazal (Abu Muhanna) and Sheikh Mahmoud Ouda (Abu Hamza). Both speakers provided a comprehensive overview of the customary justice system and its fundamental role in dispute resolution and maintaining civil peace.

The session was marked by an atmosphere of profound engagement. A constructive and meaningful dialogue unfolded, featuring valuable interventions from a diverse and distinguished audience.
