Al-Aqsa Sports Club Concludes Customary Law Course to Foster Civil Peace and Social Cohesion

In a significant national effort to safeguard the social fabric and reinforce community bonds, Al-Aqsa Sports Club has concluded its specialized training course, "Customary Law in Palestinian Society and Promoting Civil Peace." Organized in strategic partnership with the National and Political Guidance Commission and the Arab Federation of Arab Tribes, the initiative underscores the importance of unified efforts in spreading the principles of dialogue and mutual tolerance.

The closing ceremony commenced with the Palestinian national anthem and a recitation from the Holy Quran, paving the way for a series of official addresses. Keynote speakers—including Mohammad Al-Taweel, Vice President of Al-Aqsa Club; Abu Rakan, representing the Guidance Commission; and Mukhtar Nazih Abu Kashif of the Arab Federation of Tribes—emphasized the critical role of customary law in conflict resolution. They highlighted its profound impact on advancing civil peace and embedding justice and solidarity within the community. Additionally, Sheikh Ziad Abu Al-Haj delivered a compelling speech on behalf of Dr. Mahmoud Al-Habbash, praising ongoing community reconciliation endeavors.

Celebrating Palestinian heritage, the event featured a vibrant traditional Dabka performance that reflected the authenticity of the national identity. The ceremony concluded with the distribution of certificates to the participants, honoring their dedication to advancing their expertise in societal reform. This course stands as a testament to Al-Aqsa Sports Club's broader vision of cultivating an educated, unified society bound by dialogue, mutual respect, and enduring national unity.
