Empowering Youth and Women: Rased Palestine and Al-Aqsa Sports Club Host Workshop on Civil Participation and Citizenship

In a strategic move to foster active citizenship and civic engagement, the Rased Palestine Institutions Coalition, in collaboration with Al-Aqsa Sports Club, hosted an intensive training workshop titled "Enhancing Participation, Citizenship, and Integrating Youth and Women into Public Civil Life."

The event was inaugurated by Mr. Mohammed Al-Tawil, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors at Al-Aqsa Sports Club. Welcoming the Rased Palestine delegation, Al-Tawil expressed immense pride in this partnership, emphasizing the club's commitment to supporting initiatives that establish the foundations of active citizenship and empower both youth and women to take on leadership roles in their communities.

Coordinated by Eng. Ahmed Eyad Jadallah, the workshop featured interactive and in-depth sessions facilitated by Mr. Mohammed Jadallah and Mr. Fadi Hamad. The discussions focused on actionable mechanisms to positively engage young people and women in public affairs, prompting a dynamic exchange of experiences and insights among the participants. Furthermore, comprehensive media coverage was spearheaded by Ms. Salsabil Al-Haj, who successfully documented the event through photography and on-site interviews, ensuring the workshop's core messages reached a broader audience.

The training concluded with a set of strategic recommendations, calling for the continuation of impactful awareness programs and the strengthening of ties between civil society organizations and sports clubs to build a more conscious and deeply engaged society.
