Fostering Community Resilience: Al-Aqsa Sports Club and Nuseirat Municipality Discuss Strategic Cooperation

In a proactive move aimed at bolstering community cooperation and serving citizens amidst exceptionally harsh conditions, a delegation from Al-Aqsa Sports Club paid an official visit to the Nuseirat Municipality, where they were warmly received by Mayor Nabil Al-Salhi.

The meeting focused on exploring strategic avenues for joint cooperation and advancing the relationship between the municipality and local sports clubs. Discussions heavily emphasized Al-Aqsa Sports Club's pivotal role as a primary incubator for youth, junior athletic teams, and women's committees within the camp.

During the visit, the Vice President of the club, "Abu Ruhat," highlighted the institution's integral role in community service through various developmental initiatives. He noted the successful establishment of collaborative workspaces for youth and a multipurpose hall designed to benefit the broader public. Furthermore, he outlined the club’s ongoing efforts to integrate adolescents of both genders into educational, cultural, and Palestinian heritage workshops, alongside their regular athletic programs.

In response, Mayor Al-Salhi commended the extraordinary efforts undertaken by Al-Aqsa Sports Club during the current sports recovery phase.
