Al-Aqsa Sports Club Delegation Visits Al-Awda Hospital in Nuseirat to Honor the Resilience of its Medical Teams

In a steadfast commitment to reinforcing collaboration among civil society organizations, a delegation from the Board of Directors of Al-Aqsa Sports Club, led by Vice President Mohammed Al-Tawil, conducted a solidarity visit to Al-Awda Health and Community Association and Al-Awda Hospital in the Nuseirat refugee camp, central Gaza Strip.

Conveying the regards of the Club's President, Maj. Gen. Ziad Qaraman, the delegation expressed profound gratitude for the extraordinary humanitarian and medical efforts exerted by Al-Awda's teams. They highly commended the resilience of the medical staff in providing comprehensive healthcare—particularly in the emergency and maternity wards—to the Palestinian people and displaced families amid the ongoing war of extermination and unprecedented hardships.

Mr. Rafat Al-Majdalawi, Director of the Association, welcomed the delegation, deeply appreciating their solidarity in the face of unjustified attacks on healthcare institutions. Al-Majdalawi highlighted the hospital's vital services and its strategic expansion, which includes establishing medical points from the north to the south of Gaza. This proactive measure ensures the continuity of lifesaving medical care despite the systematic targeting of the hospital's facilities during the war.

The visit, which was also attended by Hospital Director Dr. Marwan Abu Nasser, concluded with a mutual pledge to enhance coordination and unify efforts between the two institutions. Both parties reaffirmed their unwavering dedication to serving the Palestinian community and overcoming the profound challenges of the current crisis.
