Al-Aqsa Sports Club Hosts Veteran Legends, Reaffirming Athletic Unity and Community Solidarity in Nuseirat

In a powerful demonstration of solidarity and athletic heritage, Al-Aqsa Sports Club in Nuseirat camp hosted a distinguished delegation from the "Golden Era Stars Forum," bringing together veteran sports figures, board members, and technical representatives under the leadership of Club Vice President Muhammad Al-Taweel.

The event opened with a solemn tribute and recitation of the Al-Fatiha prayer, honoring the club’s fallen sports martyrs: Captain Fareed Ahmad, Adnan Al-Taweel, Iyad Matar, Iyad Abed, Saleh Siam, and Mazen Abu Khadra, whose athletic legacies remain etched in the institution's history.

Addressing the assembly, Muhammad Al-Taweel emphasized the enduring bond with veteran legends, declaring all club facilities and halls accessible to serve the broader sports framework. He reaffirmed the board's readiness to champion any collective or individual initiative aimed at unifying athletic institutions across Nuseirat and the Middle Governorate. Al-Taweel also detailed the administration’s institutional restructuring since its election, highlighting the club’s vital humanitarian footprint during the war on Gaza—spearheading operational employment projects and distributing vital food, hygiene kits, and potable water to displaced and affected families.

Members of the visiting delegation—notably Khalil Al-Sarraj, Dr. Abdul Razeq Bayram, Captain Awwad Khattab, and Captain Jalal Saqr—lauded the warm hospitality and professional governance of Al-Aqsa Club. They collectively advocated for a unified, inspiring athletic front capable of overcoming prevailing challenges.
