In a proactive step aimed at enhancing physical safety and elevating athletic performance, Al-Aqsa Sports Club executed a comprehensive medical screening and clinical examination day for its Baseball and Taekwondo players, in a strategic partnership with Al-Zahraa Sports Club.
This medical event was launched to accurately evaluate the health and physical condition of the athletes, focusing on the early detection of any underlying injuries or muscular issues that could hinder their athletic careers. The medical day featured a series of specialized tests and motor evaluations. It also included awareness sessions that provided scientific guidelines on sports injury prevention and proper mechanisms for managing physical exhaustion, ensuring the athletes can safely continue competing at the highest levels.
The medical assessments were supervised by a dedicated team of specialists: Abdullah Hamdan, Rehabilitation and Sports Injuries Specialist, and Haitham Dweidar, Physical Therapist.
This initiative falls under the broader vision of the club’s management to institutionalize the culture of preventive sports medicine and foster a safe, sustainable competitive environment that places the player’s health and readiness at the forefront of its priorities.
