In partnership with the Commission of National and Moral Guidance in the Southern Governorates and the Bozour Theater Association for Culture and Arts, Al-Aqsa Sports Club hosted the screening event for the documentary film Women Without Filter. The film portrays the suffering of Gazan women living in tents and the tragedies they have endured during the genocidal war on the Gaza Strip. The Board of Directors of Al-Aqsa Sports Club participated in this artistic event, represented by the Vice Chairman of the Board, Mr. Mohammed Al-Tawil, alongside other esteemed board members.
During the event, Dr. Manal Barakat—Artistic Director of the Bozour Theater Association for Culture and Arts and the director of the film—spoke about the documentary and the core message it aims to convey to the world regarding the suffering, resilience, and strength of Palestinian women.
In turn, Ms. Muntaha Al-Kahlout, Director of the Women and Children Department at the Commission of National and Moral Guidance in the Southern Governorates, welcomed the attendees and conveyed the greetings of Major General Anwar Rajab, Commissioner-General of the Commission and the Official Spokesperson for the Palestinian Security Forces. She emphasized the profound importance the Palestinian leadership attaches to sharing the suffering of Palestinian women with the global community, finding ways to alleviate their hardships, and supporting their steadfastness, affirming their vital role as active partners in building the institutions of both the state and the homeland.
The screening was attended by a large number of the target demographic (women and children). The event also featured constructive interventions and discussions that deeply enriched all aspects of the subject matter.
